Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: November 3, 2026
1. Introduction
These Concierge Terms and Conditions (the "Concierge Terms") govern the Seoul Beauty Global concierge service (the "Concierge Service"). They apply in place of our general Terms and Conditions, which govern bookings for beauty and clinic services made on the Platform, and our Academy Terms and Conditions, which govern training courses.
1.1 Acceptance
- By submitting a concierge application and confirming that you agree to these Concierge Terms, you agree to be bound by them for your consultation.
- By paying the Concierge Fee, you agree to be bound by these Concierge Terms and by the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy for the rest of the Concierge Service.
- If you do not agree with any part of these Concierge Terms, please do not submit an application.
1.2 Relationship to Our Other Terms
- Bookings you make yourself on the Platform remain governed by our general Terms and Conditions and general Cancellation and Refund Policy, even if you are also using the Concierge Service.
- All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which applies across the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You may apply for the Concierge Service if you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for yourself and for anyone travelling with you.
2.1 Age and Legal Capacity
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to apply.
- By applying, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2.2 No Account Required
- You do not need a Platform account to use the Concierge Service. We identify your application by the email address you provide.
- Your consultation link, payment requests, and itinerary are sent to that email address. Please do not forward those emails or share the links in them.
- Your consultation link opens our scheduling page, where you request a consultation time.
- Each payment request contains a personal payment link that opens only that payment, without a login, and shows only the details needed for it. A Concierge Fee payment link closes at its payment deadline, once the payment is made, or if your application is cancelled. If we send the payment request again, the same link opens again with the new deadline. An Itinerary Payment link stays open after its deadline and closes once the payment is made, if the payment request is cancelled, or when your itinerary is completed. Payment requests are sent only to the email address you applied with.
2.3 Travelling Companions
- Where your application covers more than one person, you apply on behalf of each companion. You confirm that each companion has agreed to you doing so and to the sharing of their information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Companions under 18 may be included only when travelling with a parent or legal guardian. Some providers do not serve minors, and their rules apply.
2.4 Communication Responsibility
- Official requests relating to your application or booking, including cancellation, refund, and itinerary changes, must be submitted through the Contact Page or our Official Email. Messages sent via social media DMs or personal contacts are not treated as official requests.
- You must provide and maintain a valid email address. Deadlines in these Concierge Terms run from the time our emails are sent.
- Our websites and emails for the Concierge Service are provided in English.
3. Our Role
We plan your beauty and clinic schedule in Seoul, together with the interpretation, vehicles, and accommodation you need, and arrange it with independent providers on your behalf. This section explains what we do and what the providers do.
3.1 What We Provide
- The Concierge Service consists of a free video consultation, the planning of your itinerary, the arrangement of the services in it with Providers on your behalf, and our concierge support for those arranged services.
- When your itinerary is ready, we issue it to you by email. It lists each dated appointment with its date, time, Provider, service, and price, and each service that continues through your stay (such as accommodation, or a vehicle or interpreter for a period) with its start and end dates, Provider, service, and price, together with our reasons for choosing each item where we have given them. The emails we send when your itinerary is changed or paid for show the same itinerary.
3.2 Arranged Services
- The services we arrange for you (the "Arranged Services"), such as treatments, interpretation, vehicles, and accommodation, are provided by independent businesses (the "Providers"), which may be businesses listed on our Platform or businesses outside it.
- When we make a reservation with a Provider, we do so on your behalf and in your name. The contract for each Arranged Service is between you and that Provider. We are not a party to it.
- Each Provider is responsible for the conduct of the Arranged Service it provides. The price of each Arranged Service is stated in your itinerary, and refunds are governed by the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy, not by a Provider's own cancellation terms.
3.3 Our Registrations
- Seoul Beauty Global Co., Ltd. is registered in the Republic of Korea as a general travel business (registration no. 2025-000013) and as a foreign patient attraction business (registration no. A-2025-11-01-06198).
3.4 Limits on What We Guarantee
- We do not guarantee the availability of any particular Provider, date, or time, or any result of an Arranged Service.
- We are not a medical institution. We do not diagnose, recommend treatment, or give medical advice. All decisions about medical or aesthetic procedures are made by you and the treating medical institution.
4. How the Concierge Service Works
The Concierge Service moves through a free consultation, a payment request for the Concierge Fee, the arrangement of your itinerary, the issue of your itinerary with a request for the Itinerary Payment, and confirmation when you pay it. Each step is set out below.
4.1 Application and Consultation
- You apply by submitting the application form (your "application", which our emails call your consultation request). After we review your application, we email you a consultation link to our scheduling page, where you request a time from the times our team has made available.
- Our team confirms the time you request, or asks you to choose another time. The consultation is a 30-minute video call and is free of charge. We do not hold consultations in person.
- Emails about your consultation time (your request, its confirmation, changes, cancellations, and requests to choose another time) are sent on our behalf by our scheduling provider, Cal.com.
- You may change your consultation time through the link in your consultation emails. A new time you choose is confirmed again by our team. If you cancel your consultation, your application is cancelled; you are welcome to apply again.
- Missing a consultation has no charge. Our team may send you a link to choose another time, or cancel your application.
- If you do not request a consultation time within 7 days after we send you a consultation link (or a link to choose another time), your application is cancelled automatically. The email that contains your consultation link states this deadline.
- Where we cannot provide the service you are looking for, we may cancel your application, and we will let you know.
4.2 Proposal
- After your consultation, we propose the Concierge Service for your trip, including the Concierge Fee. We may continue the discussion by email or in a further call before you decide.
- You are under no obligation to proceed. Nothing is charged until you pay the Concierge Fee.
4.3 Payment Request
- If you wish to proceed, we send you a payment request by email. The payment request states the Concierge Fee and the payment deadline, which is 48 hours after the request is sent.
- If the Concierge Fee is not paid by the deadline, the payment link closes and nothing is charged. You may ask us to send the payment request again with a new deadline.
- If 5 days pass after a payment deadline without a new payment request being sent, your application is cancelled automatically. You are welcome to apply again.
4.4 Arrangement
- After you pay the Concierge Fee, your booking is created. We contact Providers and prepare a proposed itinerary based on what was agreed in your consultation. We then share it with you and refine it together, over as many rounds as needed, before we issue it.
- Where a Provider requires information from you, we will ask you before the reservation is made.
4.5 Itinerary Issue and Confirmation
- We issue your itinerary when we send it to you by email, together with the request for the Itinerary Payment (Section 5.3).
- Your itinerary is confirmed when you pay the Itinerary Payment. There is no separate approval step: you accept the itinerary by paying it.
- The issue of your itinerary is the point from which the Concierge Fee becomes non-refundable. See Section 5 of the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4.6 Changes After Your Itinerary Is Issued
- Where your itinerary changes, whether at your request or a Provider's, we will send you an updated itinerary by email.
- If the change is made before you pay the Itinerary Payment, the Itinerary Payment and its deadline are recalculated and shown in the updated itinerary.
- After you have paid the Itinerary Payment, changes are made within the amount you have paid, by arranging comparable services. Where that is not possible and the price of your itinerary changes, we refund or settle the difference with you separately.
- How changes affect refunds is set out in the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy. How we deal with Providers about changes is set out in Section 7.
5. Fees and Payment
You pay us two amounts: the Concierge Fee, for our consultation, planning, and arrangement work, and the Itinerary Payment, for the services in your itinerary.
5.1 The Concierge Fee
- The Concierge Fee is consideration for our consultation, the planning and arrangement of your itinerary, and our concierge support for the arranged services. Services listed as items in your itinerary, such as interpretation, vehicles, and accommodation, are paid as part of the Itinerary Payment, not the Concierge Fee.
- The amount is stated in your payment request and is the amount agreed for your trip. It is requested after your consultation and is due within 48 hours (Section 4.3).
5.2 Payment Method and Currency
- The Concierge Fee and the Itinerary Payment are paid online through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a card. Card payments are also processed by PayPal. Other payment methods are not available.
- Both are set and charged in US Dollars (USD). Any fees charged by your bank or card issuer, including cross-border fees, are your responsibility.
- PayPal's transaction fees are paid by us and are not deducted from any refund.
5.3 The Itinerary Payment
- The Itinerary Payment is the total of the prices of all items in your itinerary, including the full price of clinic treatments. We collect it and pay each Provider ourselves, so you do not pay Providers separately for the items in your itinerary.
- We request the Itinerary Payment when we issue your itinerary. The payment deadline is the earlier of 10 days after your itinerary is first issued and the day before the first day of your itinerary period, in Korea Standard Time. If your itinerary is changed before you pay, the deadline is calculated again in the same way. We send you one reminder before the deadline.
- If the Itinerary Payment is not paid by the deadline, the payment link stays open and you can still pay until your itinerary is completed. Our team will contact you about your booking.
5.4 What Is Not Included
- Flights, public transport, meals, insurance, visa or entry costs, and any service that is not listed in your itinerary are not included in the Concierge Fee or the Itinerary Payment.
- Services you buy directly from a Provider outside your itinerary are paid to that Provider under its own terms.
6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Withdrawal
Refunds of the Concierge Fee and the Itinerary Payment are set out in a separate policy, which forms part of these Concierge Terms.
6.1 Refund Policy
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- In summary: the Concierge Fee is refunded in full if you cancel before your itinerary is issued, and is non-refundable after. The Itinerary Payment is refunded on a scale based on how many days before the Service Start Date (as defined in that policy) you cancel, from 100% (15 days or more before) to 0% (on the day, for a no-show, or after your itinerary has started). If you cancel before paying the Itinerary Payment, only the payment request is cancelled. Different rules apply where a Provider or we cannot deliver your itinerary, and in force majeure events.
6.2 Statutory Withdrawal Period
- Korean law gives consumers a right to withdraw from an online purchase within seven days, subject to statutory exclusions. How that right applies to the Concierge Fee and the Itinerary Payment is set out in Section 6 of the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please read it before paying.
- Withdrawal may be restricted where the Service Start Date falls within seven days of a payment, or where, with your consent, we have already begun arranging your services. In those cases, we determine the refundable amount within a reasonable scope, taking into account the services already provided and the costs actually incurred.
7. Arranged Services
Each Provider delivers its Arranged Service under its own rules on site. Payments and refunds for Arranged Services are handled by us under the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7.1 Provider Rules on Site
- Rules a Provider sets for its own premises, such as arrival times, apply to you. Your refunds are governed by the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy, not by a Provider's own cancellation or no-show terms.
7.2 Cancelling or Changing an Arranged Service
- To cancel or change an arranged appointment, contact us through the official channels and we will contact the Provider for you. Refunds and price differences are handled under the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Any refund or cancellation charge between us and a Provider is settled separately between us and that Provider and does not change the refund you receive.
7.3 Provider Cancellations
- If a Provider cancels or cannot keep an arranged appointment, we will try to arrange a comparable alternative. Section 8 of the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.
8. Health and Medical Procedures
Clinic appointments involve medical judgment that only the treating medical institution can make. This section sets out how responsibility is divided.
8.1 Medical Decisions
- The treating medical institution decides whether a procedure is suitable for you, may change or decline a planned procedure after examining you, and is responsible for the procedure and its aftercare.
- The medical institution provides you with its own treatment agreement and estimated costs.
8.2 Your Disclosure Duty
- You are responsible for disclosing any medical condition, allergy, medication, pregnancy, or previous procedure to the medical institution before any procedure.
8.3 Health Information We Hold
- To plan your itinerary, we ask which treatments you are interested in, and you may tell us more in your application or consultation. This may include health-related information.
- How we collect and use that information, and share it with the medical institutions in your itinerary to arrange your appointments, is set out in our Privacy Policy, which you agree to when you submit your application.
8.4 Assumption of Risk
- Beauty and medical procedures carry inherent risks. We are not a party to any medical or aesthetic agreement and are not liable for clinical outcomes or complications.
9. Services During Your Stay
Where your itinerary includes services during your stay, such as interpretation, vehicles, or accommodation, each is listed as an item with its dates and price.
9.1 Scope
- Services during your stay cover only what your itinerary lists. Interpretation does not include medical interpretation unless your itinerary states it.
10. Travel Documents and Entry to Korea
You are responsible for obtaining the documents you need to enter Korea.
10.1 Your Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for holding valid travel documents and meeting the entry requirements of the Republic of Korea for yourself and your companions.
- We are not responsible for any inability to attend arranged appointments arising from entry refusal, document problems, or flight disruption. Refund treatment in those circumstances is set out in the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy.
11. Permitted and Prohibited Use
To keep the Concierge Service fair for everyone, you agree not to use it in the ways set out below.
11.1 Prohibited Activities
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including about the people travelling.
- Reselling or transferring the Concierge Service or an Arranged Service without our prior written agreement.
- Contacting Providers we introduced in order to obtain our planning work without paying the Concierge Fee.
- Using automated systems to access, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform, or interfering with its security.
12. Consultations and Communications
Your consultation is a private conversation between you and our team.
12.1 Recording
- We do not record consultations. Our team takes notes during and after the call to plan your itinerary.
- Please do not record a consultation without the agreement of our team.
13. Termination
We may decline or end the Concierge Service where your conduct gives us reason to, while protecting refunds you have already earned.
13.1 Declining and Ending the Service
- We may decline an application, or end the Concierge Service, where you breach these Concierge Terms, provide fraudulent payment information, or behave in a way that endangers or harasses Providers or our staff.
- Ending the service does not affect refund entitlements already accrued under the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy.
14. Indemnification
You agree to hold Seoul Beauty Global harmless from claims arising out of your own conduct.
14.1 Your Obligations
- You agree to indemnify and hold Seoul Beauty Global harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Concierge Terms or your conduct toward Providers.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we limit our financial liability to the amounts you have actually paid us for the Concierge Service.
15.1 Financial Limit
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Concierge Terms or the Concierge Service shall not exceed the total amount you have actually paid to Seoul Beauty Global for the Concierge Service (the Concierge Fee and the Itinerary Payment).
- We assume no financial liability for amounts you pay directly to Providers for services not listed in your itinerary.
15.2 Excluded Damages
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including costs of flights or accommodation you booked yourself in connection with your trip.
15.3 What This Section Does Not Limit
- Nothing in these Concierge Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability arising from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
16. Communication Security
You are responsible for keeping your personal links and documents safe.
16.1 Advisory
- Do not share payment card details or identification documents by email or messenger unless a Provider requires them and we have told you how to send them.
- Anyone who has your personal link can open the details it shows. If you believe a link has reached someone else, contact us.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
17.1 Included Events
We are not liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, floods, or other acts of God)
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or strikes
- Public health emergencies, epidemics, or government-imposed restrictions
- Failures of utilities, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks
17.2 Effect on Your Itinerary
- Refund treatment where such an event prevents your trip is set out in Section 9 of the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Concierge Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
18.1 Legal Framework
- These Concierge Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
- Where you are resident in a country whose law gives you protections that cannot be excluded by agreement, those protections continue to apply to you.
19. General Provisions
These standard provisions keep the rest of these Concierge Terms workable and set out how we may change them.
19.1 Standard Clauses
- Amendments: We may update these Concierge Terms. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes before they take effect. A Concierge Service already paid for remains governed by the Concierge Terms in effect at the time of payment.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Concierge Terms remain in effect.

9.1 Scope

- We are not responsible for any inability to attend arranged appointments arising from entry refusal, document problems, or flight disruption. Refund treatment in those circumstances is set out in the Concierge Cancellation and Refund Policy.
11. Permitted and Prohibited Use
To keep the Concierge Service fair for everyone, you agree not to use it in the ways set out below.
11.1 Prohibited Activities

- We assume no financial liability for amounts you pay directly to Providers for services not listed in your itinerary.
15.2 Excluded Damages
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including costs of flights or accommodation you booked yourself in connection with your trip.
