As someone traveling from abroad, I spent a long time researching which clinic to choose, and it was honestly quite difficult to decide among dozens of options. However, I trusted this clinic and I’m glad I did. First of all, the booking process via their website (Seoul besuty global) was very seamless. Accessing the clinic by public transport was also very easy. Upon arrival, you are welcomed by very polite staff. The process starts with a professional skin analysis with a maschine, followed by a detailed consultation with the doctor regarding all procedures. Afterwards, another staff member explains the costs of each treatment in detail. These are my honest opinions; I never felt pressured to have any additional procedures done. I was also very pleased to see Korean patients at the clinic, which reassured me that it’s not just a place for tourists, but a clinic trusted by locals and international visitors alike. While I'm not sure if there is a price difference for locals vs. tourists, the quality of care felt consistent. Since this was my first experience, I cannot make a direct price comparison; however, as this is not a 'factory-style' clinic, I assume the prices are slightly higher. In return, you get the benefit of having your procedures performed by an experienced doctor. After payment, a numbing cream is applied. A major plus is that the doctor who consults with you is the same one who performs the treatments. If you are having multiple procedures, you are guided through different specialized rooms in an organized manner. Overall, the clinic felt very clean, calm, systematic, and experienced. I am writing this in detail because I had many question marks in my mind, and I hope this helps others. Some procedures were slightly painful while others were manageable, but I didn't feel intense pain at any point. The RE02 was a bit stingy, but I didn't feel the need for laughing gas. After the treatments, a soothing mask is applied. They provide a list of medications to get from the pharmacy and gifted me a bruising cream. Additionally, intramuscular injections of antibiotics and corticosteroids were administered post-procedure.

My wife and I recently visited Dr. New Cell Clinic in Gangnam after booking through Candy, and we had a fantastic experience! We were personally seen by Dr. Shin Yong Bae, who gave us very detailed recommendations. Afterward, Minju provided great, clear explanations of all our pricing and treatment options. As a first-timer, I was a bit nervous, but the staff was incredibly positive and welcoming. I picked XERF in the end. The procedure itself was much less painful than I expected, and my treating doctor was so kind and gentle. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend!

My husband and I both visited Dr. NewCell Clinic in Gangnam, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Before meeting the doctor, we began with a comprehensive skin analysis using a high-tech imaging machine. It captured detailed photos and assessed our skin’s hydration, elasticity, pigmentation, pores, and other key factors. The clinic then provided a full printed breakdown of the results, along with professional commentary and recommendations for each category. It was incredibly informative and set a strong foundation for the consultation. During the 1:1 consultation, the doctor personally reviewed our analysis and explained his treatment recommendations in detail. He even used pictures, diagrams, and short videos to visually show how each procedure worked and why it was suited to our skin type. As a visual learner, I found this extremely helpful—it made everything clear and easy to understand. After the consultation, we met with a consultant to review financial options for each recommended treatment. There was absolutely no pressure—just transparent, thoughtful discussion to ensure we chose what worked best for us. We were at the clinic for about 5.5 hours, and throughout the entire time, we felt completely taken care of. The numbing area was private for just the two of us, and the heated beds, soft blankets, and attentive staff made it feel cozy and relaxing. The aesthetic of the clinic is minimalist, clean, and modern, which created a calm and luxurious environment. I also really appreciated that the same doctor who did our consultation performed every part of the procedure—no switching between different doctors. That consistency made me feel confident and safe. The staff were also incredibly kind, always addressing me by name, checking in often, and making us feel like VIP clients rather than just another appointment. For pain management, we opted for laughing gas, which I highly recommend—it made a big difference, especially during laser and Ulthera treatments. While Ulthera was a bit more intense toward the end, the combination of numbing cream, laughing gas, and pain-management injections made it very manageable. After our treatments, the staff provided printed post-care instructions, prescriptions to pick up at a nearby pharmacy, and a barrier-repair cream for continued recovery at home. As a final touch, they included oxygen therapy to help soothe the skin and accelerate recovery—it felt refreshing and calming, a perfect end to a long day of treatment. While the pricing is more on the premium side, the entire experience truly reflects a premium level of care and professionalism. This is not a “factory-style” clinic—it’s personalized, educational, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and quality. We left feeling informed, cared for, and excited to see the results over the next few months. We’d absolutely return for the other treatments recommended.
