ARL Aesthetic

I highly recommend this place. She was super nice and even though there was a language barrier she tried her best to communicate with me. I really like the skin analysis because it shows my skin age and my concerns that I need to focus on more. Overall it was relaxing and my skin looks great and hydrated afterwards!

I got the Signature Customized facial with a skin analysis and it was great! I loved the massage part of the treatment. My esthetician didn’t speak much English but she used the translator app and we had no issues with that!

This salon is really unhelpful! I booked an appointment a year ago through the Haebom platform, and once the appointment was confirmed on the same platform, they asked me to change the date because the time slot I had chosen was no longer available. So I chose another one, but it overlapped with another appointment I had booked elsewhere. The day of the appointment arrived, and I did my best not to be late, but I still couldn't make it. In the meantime, I sent a message to Arl Aesthétic on Instagram explaining that I was going to be late and asking if it was still possible to come. The message was seen, but I received no response. In the end, even after contacting the Haebom booking platform, they refused to offer me another appointment date. They refused to refund me for "no-show," even though I showed them all the proof and showed that I had come to the salon anyway, but they wouldn't accept me. That's why I say that Arl Aesthetic is not convenient and accommodating for a tourist who really wanted to be treated there.

Absolutely loved my treatment here. I don't know what she did to my skin, but it still feels amazing and super hydrated 2 weeks after. Highly recommend! (I had the Full Package Care, booked through Seoul Beauty Global. Note it doesnt include a skin analysis with photos + report, but you can add that on when you're there for $30 extra)
