On their website, the prices looked very reasonable for what seemed like a multi-step treatment. In reality, after arriving and going through the scalp diagnosis, they insisted on selling us a package that cost about twice as much as what was listed on the website. When we showed them the listed prices and asked about the difference, they told us that the website only shows “basic” options and that we needed something more. In practice, it seemed like the same treatment with the same steps, but we didn’t want to keep arguing. The treatment itself was pleasant. We had to insist that they take “after” photos so we could compare them to the “before.” They also kept trying to sell us additional products that were quite expensive, and when we refused, the attitude became cold and uncomfortable.

We loved our experience, they got all three of us in and did an analysis then let us choose which package based on our budget to ensure we could afford it. They were very attentive and lovely!
