​Had a very nice experience today getting an 18-step hair scalp treatment, hair softening treatment, a haircut, and hair dyeing. It was a truly memorable process to see my scalp check before and after the treatments! The facilities are gorgeous, and I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable massage chair and the 18-step scalp care. ​The lady who assisted me, HANNA, gave a very detailed analysis and was incredibly willing to serve. She did a great job explaining everything and recommending the right products for me. Also, with Mr. SEUNG PYO’s English translation, communication was smooth and easy for us as expats. I also want to mention the gentleman who washed my hair and did the treatments; he was so kind and even helped me take photos step-by-step, making me feel incredibly welcomed. The entire process took about 4 hours, and I am highly satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

After a lot of research, I booked a scalp treatment and haircut at Eco Jardin Jamsil Lotte Tower and was incredibly pleased. (Note: the salon is on the basement level near the Krispy Kreme. Finding it took a bit.) Ju Ha was my hairstylist and I adored her. She was professional, highly experienced, warm, welcoming and explained everything as we went along very well. Though we did not share a common spoken language, we communicated just fine via the card that shows all the steps of the scalp treatment, a staff member who spoke both English and Korean, and Google Translate. The treatment provided excellent, visible results, a calmer, less dry and flaky scalp, softer hair, relaxation, and the highest quality professional haircut by Ju Ha. I highly recommend Eco Jardin Jamsil and especially Ju Ha. The whole team here works together though in a way that is heartwarming.

During the treatment, I could immediately feel the difference. It was both relaxing and refreshing at the same time. The massage technique was amazing, and the products used felt high-quality and soothing. My scalp felt deeply cleansed, balanced, and much healthier afterward. What stood out the most was Ian’s attention to detail and genuine care. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and even gave me helpful advice on how to maintain a healthy scalp at home. After the treatment, my scalp felt lighter, less irritated, and noticeably refreshed. I also noticed my hair felt softer and had more volume. If you’re struggling with scalp issues or just want to give your scalp proper care, I highly recommend Ian Designer. It was truly a premium experience, and I will definitely be coming back again. I cannot recommend Ji Ho and his team enough! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Ji Ho gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, and the 18 step scalp treatment was absolutely incredible. Every step was explained so thoroughly, so I always knew what was happening and why. Their level of care, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what they do made the entire experience feel so special. My hair has never looked or felt this healthy, soft, and full of life. I am beyond happy with the results. You can tell everyone on the team truly cares about their clients and wants them to leave feeling their absolute best. Ji Ho was not only incredibly talented but also so kind, attentive, and yes, quite handsome too! 😊 Thank you to Ji Ho and the entire team for such an amazing experience. This was one of the highlights of my trip to Korea, and I will absolutely be back the next time I’m in Seoul. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Brought my son in for a trim and walked out seriously impressed. The stylist nailed a clean low fade on the sides and back — crisp, precise lines around the ear and nape, no stray hairs, no unevenness. Up top they kept enough length to leave a soft, textured, tousled finish that still looks effortlessly styled even after he's been running around all day. What stood out most was the balance: sharp and tailored underneath, relaxed and natural on top. It's a cut that grows out well and doesn't need much upkeep, which as a parent I appreciate just as much as how good it looks fresh out of the chair. The space itself is calm and bright — good natural light, a bit of greenery around, nothing rushed about the experience even with a kid in the chair. Will definitely be back for his next cut. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a precise, modern kids' haircut in a relaxed setting.
