Cancelation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

For appointments scheduled within 24 hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $10 (USD).

For appointments scheduled beyond 24 hours: Cancellations made beyond the 24-hour window before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fee

The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable, or charged separately.

The cancellation fee helps compensate our beauty professionals for their time and potential loss of income due to the canceled appointment.

Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any cancellation fees.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice or cancellation, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service price.

Late Arrival

We encourage clients to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, if you arrive late, the appointment duration may be shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings. The full service fee will still apply.

Please note that individual beauty professionals may have their own specific cancellation policies. We encourage you to review the cancellation policy displayed on their profiles before booking their services.

Unsatisfactory Service Refunds

In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with the service provided by a beauty professional, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the appointment completion to initiate a refund request.

We may require supporting documentation, such as clear and specific reasons for the dissatisfaction or photographic evidence, to assess the situation and process the refund accordingly.

Refund eligibility for unsatisfactory services will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the circumstances and supporting evidence provided.

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the dissatisfaction and may be a partial or full refund of the service price.

No-Show and Late Arrival Refunds

No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated and approved by our customer support team on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time
