Cancelation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

For appointments scheduled within 24 hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10%.

For appointments scheduled beyond 24 hours: Cancellations made beyond the 24-hour window before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any cancellation fees. Please check bellow for the refund policy.

Cancellation Fee
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable, or charged separately. The cancellation fee helps compensate our beauty professionals for their time and potential loss of income due to the canceled appointment.
Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any cancellation fees.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice or cancellation, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service price.
Late Arrival
We encourage clients to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, if you arrive late, the appointment duration may be shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings. The full service fee will still apply. Please note that individual beauty professionals may have their own specific cancellation policies. We encourage you to review the cancellation policy displayed on their profiles before booking their services. We strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility whenever possible, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy. Refund Policy

At Seoul Beauty, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a fair refund policy in the event of cancellations or unsatisfactory experiences. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Cancellation Refunds

Cancellations made within the allowable cancellation timeframe (as specified in our cancellation policy) are eligible for a refund.

The refund amount will be the total service price minus any applicable cancellation fees specified in our cancellation policy.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and the timeline for funds to be returned may vary depending on the payment provider.

Refund Conditions

    For appointments canceled on the same day as the appointment or no-show: 0% refund.

    For appointments canceled one day (24 hours) before the appointment: 90% refund.

    For appointments canceled two days (48 hours) before the appointment: 80% refund.

    For appointments canceled three days or more (72+ hours) before the appointment: 100% refund.


Unsatisfactory Service Refunds

We strive to maintain high-quality standards for the beauty services offered on our platform. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with the service provided by a beauty professional, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the appointment completion to initiate a refund request.

We may require supporting documentation, such as clear and specific reasons for the dissatisfaction or photographic evidence, to assess the situation and process the refund accordingly.

Refund eligibility for unsatisfactory services will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the circumstances and supporting evidence provided.

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the dissatisfaction and may be a partial or full refund of the service price.

No-Show and Late Arrival Refunds

No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated and approved by our customer support team on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Disputes

If you encounter any issues or discrepancies with your payment, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance. We will work diligently to resolve any payment disputes in a timely manner.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed as soon as the refund request is approved. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.
