Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Seoul Beauty, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying experience for all users. Please review the following policies carefully before making a reservation.

Please note that any communication made through other channels (e.g. social media DMs, personal contacts) is not considered valid and may not be responded to or recognized as official.

 Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any penalties.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours may be subject to cancellation fees.
  • Please note that each reservation may only be changed once.

 No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice or cancellation, it will be considered a “no-show.”

  • No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (no refund and no rescheduling).
  • If you are 20 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be automatically canceled and treated as a no-show.
     

Late Arrival

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests:

  • Arriving late may shorten your service time.
  • The full service fee will still apply regardless of the shortened duration.
  • If you are 20 minutes late to your appointment without prior notice or cancellation, it will be considered a “no-show.”

Individual Provider Policies

Some beauty professionals may have their own specific cancellation or refund policies. Please check the policy listed on their profile before booking.

Refunds are available based on the timing of your cancellation:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed promptly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution

 

Payment Disputes

If you notice any payment issues, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and resolve disputes as quickly as possible.


Unsatisfactory Service Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we strive to uphold high standards for all services booked through our platform. However, being unsatisfied with a service does not automatically guarantee a refund.

If you were unhappy with a service:

  • Contact our support team within 10 hours of your appointment at [email protected].
  • Provide clear and specific reasons for your dissatisfaction and, if possible, photo or video evidence.
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a partial, full, or no refund, depending on the situation and supporting evidence provided.
